These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sports Insight mobile app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information service only — no gambling
Sports Insight provides sports schedules, scores, statistics and news for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service does not offer, facilitate, advertise or link to betting, odds, handicaps, point spreads, over/under markets, predictions, betting tips, deposits, withdrawals, rebates, or any other gambling or wagering activity. You agree not to use the Service for any such purpose.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Sports data (scores, fixtures, standings, statistics, news, team and player information) is aggregated from third-party providers and is presented “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current or error-free. Do not rely on the Service for any decision that could have financial, legal or safety consequences.
3. Free service
The Service is provided free of charge. There are no accounts, subscriptions, in-app purchases or payments. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems.
- Do not use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content except as expressly permitted.
- Do not use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including local gambling laws.
5. Intellectual property
The Sports Insight name, app and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party content (such as team names, logos, news and images) belongs to their respective owners and is used for informational purposes.
6. Third-party content and links
The Service may display content from, or link to, third-party providers and publishers. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites or services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
